Karl Bitar leaving Crown Resorts

Qantas chief executive Alan Joyce announced a minor restructure of his senior management team at the airline’s full-year results on Thursday. There are now more blokes named Andrew on the group executive committee than there are women. In 2021 that takes some doing.

Over at under-siege Crown Resorts, executive chairman Helen Coonan is expected to announce her non-executive successor on Friday, then depart on Tuesday. Incoming chief executive Steve McCann is awaiting probity from state casino regulators.
