Speaking to the warm bath that is the Australian Institute of Company Directors’ in-house magazine recently to mark the recent merger of Heritage Bank with the People’s Choice Credit Union, the merged entity’s chairman, Michael Cameron, waxed lyrical on the problem with the large corporates he’s spent almost all his working life in.
