Credit Corp director Don McLay filed notice on Thursday that he’d sold 110,000 shares this week at an average price of $33.29 a pop, securing $3.7 million.

It’s around 14 per cent of his total stake, and caps off a busy period for the director. McLay resigned as chairman after 12 years in the role earlier this month, handing the reins (though not relinquishing his board seat) to Eric Dodd, who’s been on the board with McLay for nine years.
