Litigation lover Clive Palmer sues James Shipton
Myriam RobinRear Window editorRich Lister Clive Palmer is suing former Australian Securities and Investments Commission chairman James Shipton, proving that the months of lurid yellow ads attacking the ex-regulator weren’t quite enough.
The billionaire’s suit was filed in the Federal Court on Tuesday by Palmer’s long-time legal advisers at Alexander Law, and follows an earlier legal threat against Shipton issued on the website of Palmer’s United Australia Party in December.
