Summer breaks of long barbecues and walks on the beach are wonderful, restorative things. To think how Mineral Resources chief Chris Ellison spent his: staring blankly out over the Swan River alongside wife Tia Ellison, startling late-night epiphanies. “You know, Tia, things have settled down, what if I can survive this?”

Whatever he did was cut short when investigators from the Australian Securities Commission careened into view. According to multiple sources, Ellison was recently slapped with a Section 19 notice by the corporate watchdog.
