The best growth in house prices since the last election was in Liberals' seat of Bennelong, but Labor seats took out four of the top ten best performing locations.

Since the last election house prices have shown very strong price growth with Sydney's north shore electorate of Bennelong -- where former Prime Minister John Howard held sway -- achieving a 73.5 per cent jump in price over three years and 23 per cent in the last year, data from CoreLogic shows.
