In a single transaction – the $725 million acquisition of the Masters property portfolio – Home Consortium has become the leading landlord in the growing large-format retail sector.

Home Consortium, the private group backed by the owners of Chemist Warehouse, Spotlight Group and Aurrum, will control more than 700,000 square metres of large-format retail space, making it bigger than Harvey Norman, Aventus and Bunnings-owner BWP Trust.
