Cbus Property has a $375m plan for Brisbane's residential riverfront

Superannuation fund developer Cbus Property has lodged plans for its first flagship residential high-rise in Queensland with a $375 million tower proposed on a prime Brisbane riverfront site.

Cbus is seeking to build a 47-storey tower at 443 Queen Street near Customs House, which it purchased from the co-founders of online accommodation provider Wotif, the Brice family, for $49 million last year.
