Aqualand launches its first masterplanned housing community

Developer Aqualand has continued its evolution from apartment developer to commercial investor and now master-planned community builder after announcing its first such project in Norwest, in Sydney's north-west, spanning 12.5 hectares.

Named Bellevue Residences, the developer – which is constructing harbour-front luxury apartments Blue at Lavender Bay just north of the Sydney Harbour Bridge in Milsons Point – has launched the first stage of the community, 14 lots starting from 705 square metres each.
