Marketing services group Salmat has leased eight floors of a Melbourne office complex now owned by the Lendlease-managed Australian Prime Property Fund Commercial.

Salmat will move, in January 2017, into 8400 square metres of space in the south tower of 485 La Trobe Street and will have expansion rights over a further 3300 square metres.
