Sydney-based developer Capital Corporation is tackling its biggest project yet – a $1 billion master planned luxury housing estate surrounding a golf course and a hotel in the NSW Hunter Valley region.
The 240-hectare development named Lovedale Farm – it is at 1184 Wine Country Drive in Lovedale – will consist of 500 residential dwellings, an 18-hole golf course, 300 hotel rooms, a driving range and restaurants.
