A lavish estate called The Lake House on the outskirts of Bowral in the NSW Southern Highlands is being shown off-market with price expectations of $25 million, almost a year on from when it first joined the prestige market.

The 40-hectare property is owned by Vaucluse-based couple Vicky and Serge Golman.
