Forced home sales will increase as the federal government's JobKeeper support payment and bank mortgage repayment holidays come to an end and home owners unable to keep up repayments have to sell their dwellings, valuation firm Acumentis says.

ASX-listed Acumentis, which in December changed its name from LandMark White after a challenging 2019, this week said it was benefiting from a pick-up in residential activity.
