In Sydney’s Vaucluse, an 1890s manor, sitting on more than 2000 square metres, has hit the market guiding $30 million.

The Wentworth Road Federation-era mansion is owned by Mei Peng, wife of mining executive Zhian Zhang. Mr Zhang owns mining exploration company Australian Hualong, which is developing an iron ore project on Tasmania’s west coast.
