Tennis CEO smashes suburb record with $13m beachfront home

Long-serving Tennis Australia CEO Craig Tiley and his wife Alicia have splashed out more than $13 million for a trophy home right on the beach at Aspendale, in Melbourne’s south-east, after selling their Brighton mansion last month.
The four-bedroom Nepean Highway property, set on nearly 2000sq m, comes with a floodlit grass tennis court.
