A two-level “super penthouse" on Queensland’s Sunshine Coast has smashed the Caloundra apartment price record, selling for $4.25 million.
Selling agent Billie LeKich, of Billie’s Prestige Selection, said the buyers were a local couple who wanted to upgrade to the waterfront building – the prestigious Anchorage on Maloja Avenue, which is the millionaires’ row of Caloundra.
