Stockland is set to bolster its residential landbank in Melbourne’s north after striking a deal to take control of a 140-hectare site from developer Ouson Group.
Multiple well-placed industry sources confirmed Stockland, Australia’s biggest residential developer, had acquired Ouson’s site on Stewart Street in Beveridge, the birth place of bushranger Ned Kelly, about 42 kilometres from the centre of Melbourne.
