Fund manager Rob Fiani sells $20m Bellevue Hill house
Sydney’s Bellevue Hill clocked up its first trophy home sale of the year on Tuesday when stockbroker Rob Fiani sold his six-bedroom mansion for almost $20 million.
The exact sale price remains undisclosed by Ray White Double Bay’s Elliott Placks, but it was listed with Placks and his colleague Adam Reichman in conjunction with Sotheby’s Michael Pallier with a guide of more than $20 million, and independent sources say it sold close to that.
