A five-bedroom Portsea clifftop home that cost $2.6 million to build in 2016 has sold above the guide for what local sources said was to a local buyer for $19 million.
The home overlooking Portsea Pier at 3786 Point Nepean Road, was a newer property than many on the prized Victorian clifftop – the holiday home location for many of Australia’s wealthiest people.
