David Shergold, one of the founders of Melbourne home builder Porter Davis and a former Young Rich Lister, has put his lavish family home in Armadale on the market with a price guide of $20 million to $22 million.

The five-bedroom, six-bathroom, architect-designed home stands on an 1118-square-metre block on Flete Avenue – considered one of the best streets in the blue-chip inner-south-east Melbourne suburb which has Toorak on its northern border.
