A Perth property developer is hoping luxury sells, revealing plans to build four premium beachfront apartment projects worth more than $200 million over the next two years.

Gary Dempsey, founder of Gary Dempsey Developments, said Perth is ripe for high-end apartment developments as shown by the strong pre-sales of his premium project the $93 million Siskas at McCabe Street, North Fremantle.
