It has taken almost three-quarters of a year, but property advisory company Suburbanite has finally had a profitable month, as confidence returns to the property market.
Director Anna Porter says buyers and sellers have been concerned about JobKeeper payments being cut off in September, but the move to instead wind down the wage subsidy over time has helped to settle those nerves.
