Melissa Caddick’s Dover Heights home sells for $9.8m

The Dover Heights trophy home of missing fraudster Melissa Caddick has sold to local buyer Tongna He for $9.8 million, with the transaction settled last Friday.

The house was the main asset sold by court-appointed receivers to repay part of the $23.5 million owed to victims who invested in Ms Caddick’s now-notorious Ponzi scheme between 2012 and 2020.
