Incentives spur buying boom in Sydney project
Government incentives, including stamp duty concessions, coupled with a COVID-19-born willingness to spend more on a home have seen first-home buyers flock to Fridcorp's Beyond development in Hurstville in Sydney's south.
The Melbourne-based developer said $78 million in sales had been achieved within the first four weeks after the second-stage release of the development, with 35 per cent of the apartments sold to first home buyers.
