When Sydney home owners Felisa Piper and her husband Max decided to sell their house in Roseville, in Sydney’s lower north shore, they knew the election would distract buyers and create uncertainty, so they waited until it was over before putting it to market.
“We’ve been planning to sell for a while, because we want to downsize after our three children have left home and our house is too big for just the two of us,” Piper said.
