Harcourts real estate agent Andrew Dimashki is due to face court next month after an alleged "push and shove" incident at a Wheelers Hill auction in February.

Auction attendee Peter Stewart alleged Mr Dimashki knocked him to the ground twice following the auction, causing him to hit his head on a brick fence and bruise his hip.
