New Zealand’s former prime minister Sir John Key and his wife Lady Bronagh had to wait three years to take the keys to their Sydney harbour apartment, but ultimately they owned it only six weeks before it sold on Wednesday for more than $6 million.
The three-bedroom spread settled in Lady Bronagh’s name in late April soon after the luxury McMahons Point building was completed, and the following day it was put up for grabs with buyers asked to pay from $6 million to $6.5 million.
