The Darling Point home of K2 Recruitment co-founder and former Olympic swimmer Mark Kerry and his interior designer wife, Lynda, has sold for more than $18 million.
The bullish result is a nod to an impressive redesign and extension by Lynda from what was described in Belle magazine last year as an “ultra-contemporary concrete box”, into a classic family home spread over three levels with a grand entry foyer, swimming pool and underground theatre.
