Former Dexus executive sells $23m Sydney mansion

Former Dexus executive Kevin George and wife Karin have sold their landmark Darling Point mansion, Kardinia, in an off-market deal insiders say was inked for about $23 million.

While the exact price is unknown, the grand 1908-built Queen Anne-style house was sold for somewhere between $22 million and $23 million – more than triple the $6.5 million the Georges paid for the property in 2013 from former Lendlease chief executive Philip Garling and his wife, Mary.
