Melbourne developer Jinding has ended 2021 with a bang after agreeing to pay $130 million for two land parcels in the city’s outer north that will support almost 700 homes.

The acquisitions of a 57-hectare site at 1240 Mickleham Road in Greenvale and a 28-hectare parcel at 65 Bodycoats Road in Wollert are the fifth and sixth sites acquired by Jinding this year.
