A yet-to-be-built luxury apartment project in Sydney’s Darling Point dubbed 81 Yarranabbe could set a new Australian residential record, with a $160 million super-penthouse option now on offer.

The project was first announced with eight apartments, including a larger sub-penthouse for $82.5 million spanning 615 square metres, and a smaller penthouse of 527 square metres for $77.5 million.
