Rich Listers Paul and Sandra Salteri from the wealthy infrastructure family have expanded their substantial Southern Highlands holding with the addition of a $10.17 million luxury equestrian estate.
Called Werai Park, the Salteris’ latest rural acquisition is 85 hectares of undulating farmland. It is the couple’s third property on Greenhills Road in Werai, about 20 minutes south of Bowral and an hour and forty minutes’ drive south of Sydney.
