The buyer of Tamarama’s iconic headland property Lang Syne – which has reset Sydney’s coastal price record – has emerged as global advertising guru David Droga.

The New York-based Australian is set to take the keys from current owner Dimity Griffiths, 82, who has lived in the 1920s Californian bungalow for 63 years.
