UBS bets on co-working and bowling to fix troubled Melbourne mall

A tenpin bowling arcade and a co-working hub will anchor the latest attempts to revive one of the Melbourne CBD’s worst-performing retail properties, the St Collins Lane mall at 260 Collins Street.

Held in a fund managed by UBS’ asset management arm, the global investment bank, together with local partner Kaipara Property Group, will invest millions of dollars in redeveloping the mall in the hope of attracting a fresh wave of tenants.
