An estimated 30 firms, including engineering giants AECOM and Arup, are owed money by developer Beulah International for work they have done planning Australia’s tallest residential project – the $2.7 billion Sth Bnk mixed-use development, which now faces an uncertain future.
Beulah put its development entity into administration last week after architects Cox Architecture and UNStudio lodged a wind-up order in the Supreme Court of Victoria, but a much larger pool of creditors remains unpaid by BSSPV Pty Ltd, which stopped paying bills in December 2023.
