Equiem has taken on US office landlord and manager Lincoln Property Company as a minority shareholder in a deal that the privately owned tenant portal provider says will speed its expansion in the world’s largest market.

LPC, which owns and manages more than 400 million square feet (37.2 million sq m) of office space across the US, will not take a board seat in Melbourne-based Equiem, whose other directors already include US-based Michael Spies and Richard Saltzman and British Land executive Sally Jones.
