Marcus Moufarrige’s company Ility, which produces software to help landlords and employers manage their interactions with increasingly hybrid workforces, is about to close a $3 million funding round.

Former Macquarie real estate head Chris Green’s GreenPoint Partners, which earlier backed the start-up, has invested in the series A round for the business Mr Moufarrige founded in 2019, and which the former Servcorp chief operating officer hopes will expand to a $5 million-plus recurring revenue over the next 12 months.
