State government agency Public Transport Victoria is expected to sign up for about 10,000 square metres in one of Melbourne’s landmark skyscrapers, the Rialto Tower on Collins Street.
The 55-level building is jointly owned by Grollo Group, led by Lorenzo Grollo and Kuwait’s St Martin’s Properties.
