Top-tier law firm MinterEllison will ditch its Sydney offices at Governor Macquarie Tower for a new tower being developed by Mirvac, joining at least 10 other law firms that have recently committed to new, upgraded digs across the CBD.

So far, Mirvac has accounted for about 16,000 square metres in pre-leasing commitments at 55 Pitt Street. When complete, it will comprise around 63,000 sq m of office space along with some retail space.
