Transport and logistics billionaire Lindsay Fox has quietly accumulated more than half a hectare of development land in Sorrento on Victoria's Mornington Peninsula.
Property records show a company owned by the Fox family recently settled the $3 million purchase of an elevated 1658-square-metre land holding at 856 Melbourne Road.
