Superannuation fund Aware Super is set to become entangled in Lendlease’s $260 million dispute with the Taxation Office over a portfolio of retirement village assets.

Lendlease, for the first time, on Monday officially disclosed to investors a potential tax liability in its financial statements connected to an alleged tax scheme that PwC gave advice on about a decade ago.
