Adman, pub owner, property developer and Financial Review Rich Lister John Singleton has boosted his hospitality investments on the NSW Central Coast after buying the Elanora Hotel in East Gosford for about $25 million.

Mr Singleton, through his property development company, Bonython, acquired the large-format venue at 41 Victoria Street on the Central Coast Highway from the family of the late Gosford Race Club chairman Malcolm Cusick, which has owned it for more than 50 years.
