New Ingenia Communities boss John Carfi set out a five-year plan to boost settlement growth 10-15 per cent a year at the developer and operator of land lease housing for downsizing Baby Boomers, by selling lower-yielding assets and looking for capital partners to joint venture in new developments.

John Carfi revealed a near-20 per cent jump in revenue to $472.3 million.
