A Dandenong office building constructed by Grocon for the Victorian state government and owned by the Grollo family has hit the market with price expectations above $170 million.

The eight-level Government Services Office at 165-169 Thomas Street in Melbourne’s south-east was completed in 2012. It offers just over 15,000 square metres of net lettable area on a 2502-square-metre site, as well as 204 car parking bays.
