Equiem acquires SpaceOS platform for flexible working

Equiem, the office platform supported by businessman Lorenz Grollo, has expanded its footprint by about a quarter with the acquisition of SpaceOS, a Europe-based company developing software supporting flexible workspaces.

The acquisition of Dublin-based SpaceOS, which works with developers and landlords including Germany’s Momeni, Caleus and BeyondBuild, would add 50 million square feet (4.6 million square metres) of space and expand recurring software revenue by 20 per cent, Equiem chief executive Gabrielle McMillan said.
