Sydney’s most powerful property planner has called on developers and investors to innovate to create an “experience” with building design, warning their projects for the city’s CBD otherwise may not be approved.
Graham Jahn, who has been director of city planning, development and transport at City of Sydney since 2009, said new buildings must motivate people to visit the city for work or play.
