Consolidation coming to co-working as Melbourne rivals merge

Tobi Skovron, founder of co-working hub operator CreativeCubes, says consolidation is coming to the battered, but recovering flexible office sector after striking a deal to acquire five Victorian sites from corporate-focused brand Workspace365.

Under the deal, which elevated Flight Centre co-founder and former Rich Lister Geoff Harris and his family to majority owners following an equity raise, CreativeCubes will become one of the largest co-working players in Melbourne with 11 sites and 22,000 sq m of flexible office, event and meeting room space for hire.
