Brookfield selling former Bond lair with $350m aspirations

Brookfield is selling down one of its Perth office buildings just weeks after divesting a half-share in Melbourne’s Southern Cross Towers to Charter Hall for around $1 billion.
More than $350 million is expected for the 51-storey tower at 108 St Georges Terrace, developed in the 1980s by famous West Australian businessman Alan Bond, whose business occupied the top three floors before economically imploding.
