Lang Walker’s ambitious $750 million plan for a twin-tower office project flanking Melbourne’s Collins Street has won the backing of the city council but has been opposed by the state’s heritage authority.
The future for the project will not be resolved until state government planners and Victoria’s planning minister, Sonya Kilkenny, have their say.
