Abacus buys North Sydney tower as precinct takes off
ASX-listed Abacus Property Group bought the last asset for sale in the former Investa Office Fund portfolio, snapping up an A-grade office tower in North Sydney from Canada's Oxford Properties for $313 million.
Oxford began offloading 12 large office assets across the country earlier this year after it acquired the Investa Office Fund for $3.4 billion in 2018. The latest sale marks the completion of the process, with $3.2 billion worth of properties sold in just nine months.
